Refund Policy

At VOS Pakistan, we do not offer refunds.

If you happen to receive an item that is faulty or damaged, we will gladly offer an exchange for another product of equal value from our available inventory.

• Please note that refunds will not be issued under any condition.
  
  
• Exchanges are only granted in cases where the error originates from our dispatch process.

Return Policy

As some of our items are thrifted and secondhand, all purchases are final and returns are not accepted on these category of products. 

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, precise measurements, and clear images to help you make confident decisions.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer general exchanges for reasons such as size, style, or preference.

However, exchanges will be considered only for products that are defective, and where the issue is verified as a dispatch error from our end.
To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact (If the product is tagged).
  
  
• No exchanges will be entertained on thrifted products & sale items in case of size issue or any other preference issue. 
  
  
• Have to dispatch the product back to us within 7 working days, claims any later than 7 days wont be entertained. 
  
  
• We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the returned item fails to meet our conditions.
